Burnout comes in many shapes and sizes. Mental burnout happens when someone no longer finds meaning or purpose in the work they are doing. They've mentally "checked-out" and are more likely suffering from BOREOUT as result. Here's a question guid that we'll use in my course --which will walk you through how to recapture that meaning and purpose - or if necessary - when to know when it's time to start looking for a new job.

I conducted a study with Business Leaders on the 4 Types of Burnout: (Physical-Mental-Attitude-Skill). I wanted to know which of the 4 types are the most common -- and which ones affect Employee Engagement and Performance the most.
